Yep, I need this!! I always diet before the holidays so I can indulge at Christmas (with in reason) with out feeling really guilty lol.

My starting weight today is 149.2 I had to be out the dorr very early so no time to post my pic this week. I will next week though. I would like to lose 2 lbs by next Thursday. And a total of 12-15 lbs total

My goal for this week is:
to walk 4 miles (hope the kids can keep up).

My task for this week is:
"Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can." My reasons are to be healthy, less tired and have more energy.

    Hi! I just had a baby and I have been trying to get rid of my baby weight (10 more lbs). Not fun. I keep saying on my blog that I am going to start exercising but I haven't. I'll look into your link...
